Our planning staff includes members of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). We maintain working relationships with numerous developers and land use attorneys and often serve as the ‘face’ before meetings with interested parties, homeowners associations or governmental authorities. Tanner Consulting often provides the backbone materials for persons unfamiliar with the process, vocabulary and culture of planning. Our planning services include preparing masterplans, Planned-Unit -Development (PUD) Documents, supporting planning exhibits, HOA covenants and review of building plans for conformity to established standards.
