Tanner Consulting provides a full range of land surveying services. Our surveying team provides early knowledge in the development process through research of land records and working relationships with lending institutions, title companies and attorneys.  We identify easements, pipelines, topographic data and underground utilities on which land use decisions are based. During the development process, our surveying team is responsible for the preparation of plats, easements and legal descriptions. Our surveying team routinely prepares complex ALTA/ACSM land title surveys in support of land acquisition and concludes the project by providing construction staking through the completion of record drawings. We provide technical support and 3rd party construction staking construction companies and out of state engineering firms and often coordinate aerial photography and digital terrain modeling.
